It Happens

After a long time..!

I am blogging after a long time.. Basically the name of my blog 'IT HAPPENS'; But Friends nothing New is Happening and i am really not getting what is happening. Feeling like i am walking in a desert, n can't see any destination ahead, Feeling like Swimming in a Ocean, Very Bad Feeling..!Things are not at all smooth, what I thought, what I felt.. something is very boaring.. I think i need a break and I should go to Himalayas to feel the nature around.
This feeling is might be beacause of the Dark side of the IT Field 'The IT Infrastructure' in which i am working now.. This 24*7 concept.. no Saturday,Sunday's,Night Shift,No net connection in Office,the activities going only on weekend's getting boaring Day by Day. The field is Interesting but not that interseting.
The worst part of my life..these days...i know one of the reason which might be all beyond this .. is..i am not finding a girl atleast to whom i can Love.. Single Sidedly.Still i am searching one and now decided to do MBA... actully i didn't want to do MBA aslo but ....neways i shud stop here as its time to sleep, tommorrow morning shift..! Bye TC..!

A Week Complted in TCS!

Hi Friends,

Today i enjoyed a lot in Suraj Water Park, with all my new Colleagues of TCS. On the day i joined my project there was a birthday party for all those who had their birthdays in January and today i went with them in the water park on their passes which they had got from HP cmpny. In short enjoying a lot in this company.
I don't know when i will start working or else when they will allow me to work since there is one stupid process of checking BGC (Background Check process) , Back ground check of an employee. I don't know why they take so much time to do that. The BGC process has been started three months back after filling the form but still till today it has not been completed. A person will complete his degree but these people wont complete its BGC, the most stupid process i found in that company. My Background is clear but anything can happen yaar. Even when you had not made the mistake still you can face the punishment. I was punished badly during my diploma time for a proxy which was marked by someone else. Anything can happen.Due to this ridiculous thing I am not able to Celebrate my TCS job. Actually some party's are pending but i don't know when to celebrate.
One interesting thing which i feel is that for the first time in my life I am working (enjoying or watching would be the more appropriate word) with team mates who have lesser salary than me. This feeling is amazing, everybody should feel it once.
TCS job has started but i miss 3i-infotech (working their was great, a nice place for any Engg to work), but in 3i i always use to tell myself that i am working for a Social Organization and so not to expectt any salary from them. That was one of the reason i left it.
As always i being in a IT services project there are no girls in my project, very sad thing which i always experience. In Campus you will see some butterflies but again 3i (icici bank/lombard) wins a race here too. There in 3i, some girls were so Charming and beautiful that just by looking at them your entire day will be joyful.
Ok Enough as of today... now will write after my BGC result comes. Bye..!

Go Goa Picnic canceled.

This post is specially for my Diploma Group Friend's.

Its been 10 yrs now for our friendship. The only grand picnic decided by us is canceled due to my doj preponing. Very Sad friends!
Sorry Guys, I am very sorry that I can't join you people for Goa. I completely take the full responsibility of this. But what can i do guys, u know na It Happens!

All the beautiful paintings of Goa in our minds, those sexy beaches, the gals, spas,fishes,beer etc were washed with my stupid decision which i had to take.

Mantri, I know u worked this weekend to get a week holiday, even you were the one to book all the rail tickets (and i was the one to make you to cancel all the tickets), even the plan made by U was wonderful but all went in vain becoz of me.
Rajan, you fought hard to get this holiday, even you will marry this year, this was our last chance of you as a bachelor coming with us on a big trip. Dont worry fr the next picnic we would allow your wife as well.
Sushant, U being on the verge of getting permanent, still taking holiday and coming with us. Also the last couple of picnics planned by you were canceled, so really felling sorry for you.
I know how important Goa was fr you. After experiencing some Climatic Change your madness of roaming alone in night in Thane would have stopped.
Kedar, i think you should share some responsibility with me for canceling our plan. Becoz of you basically the plan failed .. just joking re. U being a Bharat Shah of our group, was the only person for whom the Goa was waiting for. I know you would have definitely joined us even yours being the first month in you new company. Also your birthday gift is still pending, the antique Head phones of which the Nokia is even unaware of their own design is still to be gifted to you.Instead we would have gifted you a bottle of Scotch, but now next time!
Sir Swap i dont know why you canceled the plan, but i didn't have any right to take explanation from you, so never asked you abt it.I think you didn't like the plan made by mantri sicnce Malwan was dropped from it. Dont worry next time we will include Malwan so you wont drop it again.Also due to you our honorable PM Dr. Manmohansingh also had to cancel their booking.Newyas we will book tickets for them next time when we go.

Now really sorry once again for canceling the picnic!!

Hi freinds,

Today is my last second shift in my current company 3i. I am very happy that today I have completed 2 years in this company n from tomorrow onwards i will b free from my bond.

The most stupid decision to sign a bond was taken by me 2 years back and i dont know how, but i submitted all my original documents to them. But what happens always happens for the best and today i have 2 years of work ex in a software company otherwise it was hard for a person like me to complete 2years in any company.

Now i am on my notice period n enjoying the last left honeymoon days in this company. Actually my friend is working hard and closing all the calls, but i dont think my heart will allow me to work anymore.

Writing blogs from the office is the most disturbing thing especially when you are not authorized for using internet.

Neways i am packing up now will go down for a tea break! b bye!

Hi,
This is Sahil.

Today, i am blogging for the first time ever in my life, might be because i am bored of orkut, facebook,meebo,etc. Actually today i got some free time n while going through one of my friends blog, i decided to try this too! Even i think blogging improves your English, lets see if it improves my language, since other sources like reading books,editorials bores me a lot.

Neways now i would like to introduce myself. I am feeling very happy to introuduce myself since this is the first ever time when i might honestly introduce myself because i always had to lie in front of interviewers as like others while answering this stupid question.

I am BE in Electronics.....lol. Nope, i just read some of Engg books and managed to get 40 mks in the papers. I aslo completed my Diploma in Industrial Elex, so for the sake of degree I have two Certificates of Engg, one of Diploma and one of Degree. But in the degree 7th Sem VLSI viva, my professor asked me the definition of electric field, n to the professor's surpise i was unable to give the right answer. He was about to throw me out of the room, but my dear friend Luck came to save me n to my surprise my other two colleague's were also not in a position to answer that simple question.

Chalo freinds, my freind had called me and as usual i would be late to my office so remaining introduction to be continued later...!
